District Secretaries have identified that there is an urgent need for relief for the needy people in the present situation in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lanka Administrative Service Association has decided to set up a special fund to help these people in need of relief. We have decided to donate One Million Rupees (Rs.1, 000,000.00) for it. We kindly request you to donate as much as you can to this fund and contribute to the protection of Sri Lanka at this critical juncture.
